"Soft, creamy and insanely delicious. Scrumptious had a picture of these caramels next to it in the dictionary or at least it should. I've never tasted a more incredibly perfect caramel before I tried these. My whole life I've been seeking the perfect recipe and design for the sweet treat. Mind you, I'm not a sweet candy person.
