"I really love your chocolate sea salt caramels. They are so delicious. The only problem I had was they were left outside my door with no knock and it was extremely hot. There was nothing in the package to keep them solid. If I had not been home they would have been melted. A complete mess. Please start putting dry ice in the package when shipping in the hot months"
