"I ordered four (4) canisters. For the second time in a row they arrived crushed and wet (given the ice pack had melted and ruptured. You were kind enough to refund my money, but I really would have rather had the caramels. I love Loaded Walnut. So, I hope your company has seriously re-considered what boxes and cooling bags you buy. It is such a shame to waste such good candy."
